3.Fill Out the Google Form
You will be redirected to a Google Form. Provide the required details, submit the form, and secure your spot at the fest!

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
✧Participation in Avyanna is open to all UG medical students and interns, PAN India; and to all students coming under the umbrella of Symbiosis International University (all campuses across India).
*Note- PG students of Medical are not allowed.
✧The registration of all events shall be done through the official website of Avyanna.
✧All registrations must be completed within the specified deadlines.
✧Registration fees (if applicable) must be paid in full to confirm participation.
✧By registering for the events, the participant is giving consent to abide by the code of conduct of SMCW campus, and all the rules and regulations set by the organisation.
✧Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
✧Symbiosis strictly condemns the use of any kind of substance abuse, and any participant, if found under the influence of any intoxication, will not be tolerated.
✧The organizing committee reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these terms.
✧ NO REFUNDS in case of the participant's absence. In case of cancellation from our end, the registration amount shall be refunded.
